Troy Chiddick fue nombrado director financiero en noviembre de 2021. Troy tiene una amplia experiencia profesional en las áreas de contabilidad y finanzas. Troy obtuvo su BS en Contabilidad de la Universidad de Villanova y su MBA de Rosemont College con especialización en Liderazgo y Capacitación. Troy ha pasado la mitad de su carrera profesional en el entorno de la educación superior y siente pasión por el desarrollo de profesionales y el servicio a la comunidad.

Natasha Boston ha trabajado en el Consejo Comunitario durante más de 14 años.  Comenzó su mandato como maestra asistente y, gracias a la oportunidad, la educación y la perseverancia, fue nombrada directora de operaciones en 2018.  Natasha tiene una licenciatura en educación de la Universidad de Millersville y un MBA de la Universidad de Strayer. Natasha tiene más de 25 años de experiencia trabajando con niños y familias para mejorar los resultados personales.  Bajo su liderazgo, los programas han ampliado el alcance y los servicios.

Sharon Johnson joins the Executive Team at Community Council Health Systems serving as the Director of Human Resources in 2023. Sharon brings with her over 20 years of experience leading the HR initiatives for human service nonprofit organization, serving in roles such as HR Director, VP of Human Resources and as Chief Human Resources Office. In each of these roles, she was a main figure in building the HR infrastructures, policy development, supporting positive workplace culture, talent management, full cycle recruiting, and staff professional development.  Sharon is a solid human resources executive, innovative in all facets of HR, she relies on best practices and works to incorporate them into the culture of the work environment.

 

Sharon is an advocate for services for vulnerable populations considering all forms of disorders and related conditions, serving as an Advisory Board Member for social service and housing programs, as well as a Board Member for the support of food insecurities that affect Philadelphia families. Sharon’s motto is that we all have a social responsibility to assist those in their community and beyond.

 

Sharon Johnson has earned a B.B.A in Accounting at the Fox School of Business, an M.B.A in Human Resources Management from Walden University and has earned a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Professionals.

Gina Sweet-Comrie

Gina Sweet-Comrie began her career in Philadelphia after obtaining her BA in English from Penn State University. A NY native, she came to Philadelphia to attend Temple University while seeking a master’s in special education. Shortly following obtaining her Masters, Gina went on to obtain certifications in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from PCOM, and Trauma Therapy from Chestnut Hill College. Having exposure to both the mental health and educational industries has afforded Gina an opportunity to partner with over 20 school districts and 35 charter schools spanning several states. Gina holds dual certifications in Special Education and Special Education Leadership. She has dedicated over 20 years to Community Council, and over 15 years in leadership. Her unique balance of expertise, curiosity and perspective has aided in the development and customization of several specialized programs supporting students with exceptionalities. Always the teacher at heart, Gina has partnered with IIRP (Institute for Restorative Practices), where she has provided trainings to school staff and school leadership throughout the country for over the past 10 years. Most recently, Gina received an additional certificate in Sustainable Strategy and Disruptive Strategy through Harvard Business Online School. While her work gives her a great deal of joy, fundraising for programmatic and community causes is the most rewarding. It is fortunate that her passion and zest for fundraising has been cultivated through her active engagement in community services events as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. However, above all, her proudest achievement, is being a mom to two teenagers and being able to apply what she has learned in their upbringing.
